A complete set of switch kits that handles the winding and unwinding of the tarp system.Additional Items for Dump Truck Electric Tarp Kit: You get a 50 ft 6 gauge dual wire to provide a substantial and secure amount of current flow. You’ll get axle mounting brackets to mount the motor on the side of the truck bed and rubber mounting bracket bumpers to prevent the edges from external contact.Telescopic Tarp Axle for Efficient Functionality: To ensure the smooth functioning of the dump truck tarp system, you’ll get a telescopic 103" Tarp Axle, 5" x 3/4" stud shaft, and 3/4" axle bearing with a flange that goes on the front of your tarping system. All three products ensure that the tarp spins freely, is rolled up, and is protected when not in use.Aluminum Telescopic Cross Tubes & Arms: Electric dump truck tarp system includes a 103″ aluminum cross tube that fits through the pocket on the end of your tarp. Use it to pull the tarp out over your loads. Telescopic Arms for Driver & Passenger Side: Get telescopic upper and lower arms of 98-inch and 78-inch along with spiral torsion springs (fitted on the side of trucks) to support the structure in smooth deployment and retraction. The arms work both on the driver and passenger side. The upper arm comes assembled with 90-degree corners.Lightweight and Polished Material: We have specifically used aluminum material in our complete dump truck electric tarp kit for its lightweight quality and polished look. It ensures rust protection and durability while preventing pitting.
